Last week, I made a easy pesto sauce and used it on the Pesto Ricotta Tomato Flatbread recipe. I had much of it leftover, so I made one other easy recipe at the moment with this Pesto Chicken Avocado Panini. This is the proper lunch meals while you’ve got leftover pesto, and even store-bought pesto and a few leftover shredded chicken.
Just layer the bread with the pesto sauce, cheese, tomatoes, bird and avocado, grill it in a pan or in a panini for these drool-worthy grilled strains and lunch is in a position pronto!
