I know, it appears variety of bizarre that I’m posting this 5 Minute Nacho Cheese Sauce recipe the day after the tremendous bowl. But, the purpose I made this nacho cheese sauce has nothing to do with the tremendous bowl and everything to do with the reality that I even have just had a crappy week. :) After a collection of unlucky occasions and NULL recipe flops, I had an, “Ugh, I supply up. Just supply me some chips and nacho cheese.” moment.
Don’t judge. Nacho cheese sauce is tough stuff.
